Lovely Natural Lavender Jade and Diamond Ring
This lavender jade ring is such an ethereal beauty! The glossy jade cabochon displays a soothing, saturated natural bluish purple hue: somewhere between periwinkle and it’s namesake, lavender. It is set in a beautiful 18k white gold mounting that has a subtle Art Deco feel. The flared shoulders nestle tightly right below the jade, each with a fan of three tapered baguette cut diamonds and two little modern brilliant cuts. The total weight of both shoulders combined is approximately .25ct. The diamonds twinkle like little mirrors and serve nicely to frame the jade. The shoulders taper gradually from 8mm to become the rounded 2mm shank. The measurement north to south across the jade is 15mm and it’s width is 8mm. The ring is very comfortable, partly for it’s low profile and proportion, and partly for its rounded shank. In fact, this kind of shank is sometimes referred to as “comfort fit” as it glides onto your finger so smoothly and can be worn comfortably for hours on end! The current size is a 6 yet the ring can be sized up or down upon request.
