Art Deco era, Rare Egyptian Revival Filigree Ladies 3-Stone Diamond Ring
This gorgeous, classic Art Deco, filigree ring is a real beauty! It is solid 18k white gold and the filigree pattern has a rare Egyptian Revival motif!! On the north and south sides you'll notice three lotus flowers in profile that are evenly spaced amongst delicate dots and lines. On the east and west ends are the same lotus flower with a slender stem that repeats the dots and lines design. The top portion of the ring is designed with three bead-set round brilliant diamonds. The center is approximately .20ct (G-H and SI) while the two sides are each approximately .10ct (G-H; VS and J-K; VS). Therefore the total combined weight is estimated at .40ct. To add a bit of extra detail there is a simple milgrain edge that surrounds the three diamonds as well as a delicate pierced border. On the sides, the filigree acts as an open gallery which allows extra light in beneath the diamonds, allowing them to shine their brightest! The measurement is 8mm north to south across the center of the top. The ring then tapers gradually to 5mm wide before dropping down to become the decorative shoulder and ultimately the shank. The height as it rises above your finger is approximately 4mm. Currently a size 5-1/2 and sizable upon request.
