Early Modernist Hans Hansen Sterling Earrings, Denmark 1930s
These early modernist earrings are from an incredible 1930s design collection called “Future” by world renowned Danish silversmith Hans Hansen. They are sleek and simple with flattering curves and a subtle splash of color. The inverted pear shaped tops are very slightly concave which has an interesting affect on how the light is reflected. At the tip end of the pendants is a polished sphere of pale green Amazonite. Both earrings are fully hallmarked and signed with the Hans Hansen signature stamp. From top to bottom they measure approximately 2-3/4” long. The widest point is 3/8” across and the amazonite beads measure 7mm. Very collectible and super stylish.
