What a sophisticated bracelet! It is so finely made, with a very nice weight and remarkably brilliant diamonds. The hallmarks on the clasp indicate that it was made in Italy and is 18k gold. The chain is very sturdy with a substantial thickness of 2mm yet despite it's heft the bracelet has a slinky, fluid quality. The focal point is a lovely, organic design with diamond studded pear-shaped petals or leaves. There are a total of 20 modern brilliant diamonds (two per petal) which together weigh approximately .33 carats. The diamonds are perfectly matched (G-H; VS1) and are extremely sparkly! This centerpiece is slightly curved to match the curve of your wrist which allows it to sit very nicely. The discreet clasp holds very tightly and is fitted with two figure-8 safety latches. The overall length of the bracelet is 7-1/4" with the centerpiece alone taking up 1-1/4" of the measurement. The width across the petals at the widest point is 1/2". This bracelet is very pretty and very elegant, something you could definitely reserve for special occasions, yet not so elaborate that you couldn't just wear it every day if you wanted! In fact, it also looks incredible as part of a group so you could really have fun mixing it up with whatever else you have!
