1930s Deco Engagement Ring, GIA Certified D Color Old European
This 1930s engagement ring features a captivating Old European cut diamond. Even an untrained eye can tell at a glance that this stone is of the highest grade. GIA certified as D color (colorless) and VVS2 clarity (very, very slightly included) this .56ct stone is easily one of the best antique diamonds I’ve had the privilege to sell. In addition to that, the ring itself is stunning! Crafted in solid platinum with a 14 yellow gold shank the design is true to the Art Deco sensibility. The center stone, flanked by two mirror-like baguette cut diamonds, is elevated slightly above a decorative field of ten bead set diamonds. The field cascades gently on all four sides with just the right amount of hand tooled definition so that the ring dazzles from any direction. North to south across the center measures 7.25mm and the table of the diamond sits 5mm above your finger. The current size is 5 and sizing up or down is available upon request.
*GIA certificate included.*
