Perfect Art Deco Engagement Ring, Vintage Circa 1930
This perfect antique engagement ring is from the Art Deco era, circa 1930. It features a gorgeous .25ct transitional cut diamond (G-H;VS) and six little single cut diamonds. The center stone really is stunning. It has a tiny faceted culet, a relatively high crown and a very thin girdle. It manages to sparkle so brilliantly in any lighting! Framing the center piece are lovely geometric shoulders...each side is set with three single cut diamonds, milgrain edges, a simple pierced border and finished off with a pretty leaf design at the very edge. The longest leaf turns into the shank which is 1mm wide. The measurement north to south across the diamond is approximately 4.5mm. Currently the ring is a size 8 and can be sized up or down upon request. This truly is a perfect example of an Art Deco engagement ring! It's sweet, it's lovely, it sparkles and it's not a fortune!
